Introducing Your New Benefits Service Center

Overview

The university has transitioned to a new, centralized Benefits Service Center to provide faculty and staff with expert support on a wide range of benefits-related topics. This change enhances access to benefits counseling and streamlines service delivery.

What the Benefits Service Center Covers

The Service Center provides support for the following benefit areas:

  • Health Insurance

  • Mandatory and Supplemental Retirement Plans

  • Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), and Supplemental Disability

  • Special Leaves, including:

    • Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)

    • Military Leave

    • Paid Parental Leave

    • Faculty Serious Illness Leave

  • Work/Life Programs, such as:

    • Tuition Waiver

    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

    • Wellness Programs

⚠️ Please Note:
Vacation leave, sick leave, Community Service Leave, and Voluntary Shared Leave will continue to be managed on campus by NCCU's HR team.
