The following video is a helpful Outlook 365 tip for adding a reminder for email recipients. The recipient will receive a reminder on the date and time you set. 
	
		
			| Note: This will only function through the Outlook Desktop Application. The Outlook Webmail does not include this feature of sending reminders to recipients | 
	
 
 
	- 
	Compose your email in Outlook
 Start a new message and draft it as usual.

	Navigate to the “Options” tab
 At the top of the compose window, select Options.

	Choose “Delay Delivery” or “Follow Up” 
		- 
		Click Delay Delivery to set a specific time the email will be sent, or 
- 
		Click Follow Up → Add Reminder to flag the message. 
 
- 
	Set reminder details
 In the dialog:

	Finish and send
 Once configured, click Send. The email is sent, and the recipient will see a pop-up reminder at the selected time.
