Student Week at a Glance in Banner 9 lets faculty and advisors easily see a student’s weekly class schedule, including times, locations, and notes, all in one view.

Faculty and advisors can view and verify their access to student-related functions in Banner 9, including advising, course management, and academic information. The system displays access details by term and helps ensure the correct permissions are in place. For updates or missing access, contact the Registrar’s Office.

The Search for Student feature in Banner 9 allows faculty and advisors to view key student records such as Student Bio, General Information, Academic Transcripts, and more—based on their access level. To view academic transcripts, Advisor access is required. If access is missing, contact Joyce Kovalik at the Registrar's Office (919-530-5131).

The Registration Override tool allows faculty and advisors to grant special permissions for students to enroll in courses they would otherwise be restricted from due to prerequisites, course capacity, or time conflicts.
