The Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) is an online form used within the Banner system to initiate and route personnel actions for approval. It allows departments to process employment-related changes such as reappointments, stipends, and changes in position funding. EPAFs streamline the approval workflow, ensure accurate data entry into the HR/payroll system, and help maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
The EPAF module is accessed through Employee Self-Service in Banner.
